      Pros

      Awesome team with a great go-to (manager) that empowers us and supports our development. Although there are many ups and downs, I feel we are moving in the right direction and growing as a team. Also, the work-life balance has to be the best in Japan.

      Cons

      Although Gallup has been around for 90 years, our Japan office has only started gaining momentum a few years ago. We are a growing office and there are still many things we need to improve on. However, I feel we have the right team in place to overcome any of the challenges that come our way.

      I genuinely love what I do every day. I was placed very intentionally in a role that aligns with my innate talents and strengths. My colleagues and Go-To are second to none—supportive, collaborative, and inspiring.

      I honestly can't think of any. I feel fortunate to be in a role and environment that fits me so well.
