Pros

Gallup is a people-first yet client centric company that invests deeply in your strengths, well-being, and growth. The culture is collaborative, strengths-based, and empowering — designed to help you do what you do best every day. Pay and benefits are benchmarked and competitive, and work-life balance is genuinely respected with flexibility that supports both career and personal life. Leadership is future-growth minded, making decisions today that are sometimes difficult but necessary to position the company for transformative success and to help the world gain better insights. During this transformational period of growth and change, and it’s clear the leadership team is focused on building a sustainable and impactful future. When you’re doing what you love at Gallup, burnout doesn’t exist. High performance is recognized and rewarded — if your results are stellar, you truly control your own destiny and can create opportunities for yourself. It’s a demanding environment, but one that challenges you to grow, thrive, and make a meaningful difference in the world.

Cons

The high standards can be challenging at times, but they push you to grow and do meaningful work.

Pros

Many good people still work at this company, beautiful campus

Cons

Large sudden layoffs (rumored almost 25% of technology + more in other departments), eroding culture (imo linked to the turnover of almost the entire C-suite in the last 4 years), hypocrisy (how can you sell a certain culture and "employee engagement" but internally treat employees like nothing more than expense on the balance sheet?)
