      Pros

      Great people to work with - intelligent, diligent, and fun. The work environment is great as well - cafeteria, focus on well being, onsite daycare and credit union.

      Cons

      They have the wrong people in leadership and management positions. Managers are not experienced professionals in the areas that they manage, and the leaders are simply underqualified to lead an organization of Gallup's size and stature.

      Pros

      Gallup has seen a lot of change over the last few years. You can't make the leap from mid-size company to industry leader without a great deal of change. While some weren't able to make the jump, today's team is better positioned to bring Gallup's big ideas to reality than ever. The culture of Gallup is different than other companies. We're driven, passionate, ambitious, and positive. We love what we do. And yes, I am a go-to. So while you may call me biased, I do know you won't find managers that work harder or care more for their team members than the ones I work with each day. And for good reason--our people deserve 110% effort from us.

      Cons

      Like any company, we can always improve on communication. Our culture is not traditional in many respects--so we need thorough communication to help everyone understand why we do the things we do. We need to find more time for creative thinking that solves our clients' business problems.
