Pros

Great Co-Workers Interesting Work Great Ideas and Concepts-that aren't always applied Stresses Life Balance-see above You can earn tuition payback, very cool program

Cons

Pay by production doesn't allow for managers pulling you on and off projects. You can literally wind up working for free at times. Management doesn't have any real respect for you as an interviewer, you are disposable. (they can be kind, which is not the same thing). The "mission" has long since been lost in the hustle. Pressure can be amazingly high for this type of job.

Pros

Flexible Work Schedule Paid for production Bonus and Incentives Beautiful Work Environment College Reimbursement

Cons

Never feeling like you can enjoy a holiday. Always being pressured to work the hours. Lack of freedom to be honest about issues in the work environment. All very superficial. Pressure to work more hours without appropriate bonus or compensation. Value as a person is in performance rather than as a human being. Management team that does not respect the feedback of employees.
