      There have been a lot of changes for the better- seeing a higher quality of new faces that have a desire to make a difference! I see firsthand that the work I do is impacting the company Opportunity to do what you do best every day Best friend at work Great Facilities Strengths based organization that helps you understand others you work with

      More of a lattice environment for growth- You have to take responsibility to grow within your role.

      Pros

      Mission oriented, I am making a difference. Manager really cares about me. Work hard and play hard type atmostphere. The people here are geniune and very positive. I enjoy coming to work every day.

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of anything besides besides improving the healthcare benefits. The benefits are average in terms of cost when comparing to other companies similar in size. But I feel blessed to work for a company that trusts me and offers me the flexibility I need with my school-aged children who have many activities that I won't miss.
