Pros

Worked with some Incredibly talented people who will be friends for life. The company also has global brand recognition and some great client partnerships.

Cons

Leadership is afraid of any criticism, preferring instead to have employees that repeat company tag lines by rote.  The culture of fear is apparent when things go wrong as leadership focuses on blame storming not brainstorming on how to fix it for the clients and project teams in the future. Processes are incredibly complex, unwieldy and slow as they don't seemed to have found basic technology solutions yet Finally basic compensation, poor benefits in the US and the required minimum working hours (2300) do not reflect the actions of a company that truly cares about it's employees.

Pros

Interesting work - great company. Great opportunities to learn. Engaged co-workers who care about what they are doing and about the people around them, the best managers. The company's leaders truly do their best to increase the well-being of their employees.

Cons

Quite a bit of horizontal growth rather than vertical, which could be a con to some. But Gallup tries to place you in a position where you should excel in the beginning and moving away from that is not seen as the best thing.

Pros

A company whose culture is driven by pay for performance. If you are motivated, smart, and enjoy working in a team effort, this is an unbelievable work environment. There is great senior leadership in place. The organization has experienced excellent organic growth and does top notch work. You are surrounded by over-achievers from the moment you walk in the front door. (I see this as a huge incentive and a motivation to try harder.)

Cons

If you are the type who wants to get paid based on your title or your degree, you are out of luck. Get results, or find another job. Some people thrive in this culture, and are well compensated for their effort. Others just want to ride a desk and find the end of the internet. This company is not for them. You are surrounded by over-achievers from the moment you walk in the front door. (Some see this as a negative because they can't compete, or underperform.)
