Pros

Employees are very hard working. Room to change roles if desired Flex time and opportunity to work from home if needed

Cons

This is a very political company. They promise a lot but do not deliver on these. Do not believe them when they say you can make any salary depending on how hard you work.

Pros

Research based consultancy gives Gallup a leg up over the competition. Groundbreaking discoveries and incredible thought leadership in workplace science. Autonomous work environment is great if you can manage and motivate yourself to achieve results. Colleagues who care about you and are committed to Gallup's mission of changing the world. Gallup is well positioned for the future and is on the verge of becoming one of the world's best consultancies. Hires based on talent.

Cons

Lack of communication makes you question your importance. Extreme weakness is a lack of knowledge sharing. This blindpsot leads to a sever loss of productivity re-creating what already exists somewhere in the company. Expectations are not alwaysclearly communicated. Lack of mobility in role is a disengager for some.
