      Pros

      Company sincerely strives to make the world a better place and for the most part practices what it preaches. The people are smart, talented, fun and dedicated to their work. Doing better than its competitors in this economy.

      Cons

      Company has great ideas and IC, but needs to manage these ideas more systemically. Makes it very hard for new people. For veterans, knowledge is passed from person to person and there is a trusted and reliable network that is can be hard for new employees to break into unless they are very good relationship builders.

      Autonomy, High Pay, Great training, Engaged Culture, Big Advancement Oppoortuinities, Great Offices, Fun people, Variety of international opportunities, Great Daycare

      Cons

      This is a great place for people who are able to self manage and self direct. It is not for those who need constant supervision

      gallup is a place where you can build your great teams and work on the most interesting projects in the world including the most famous companies and assignments from Iraq to Shanghai

      Cons

      if you need close supervision this is a terrible place to work. you are expected to manage yourself and build your own career strategies and have the determination to make it through difficult assignments....this is for partners...this is a tough track to be on at gallup
