Pros

1. Interesting product/service offerings. 2. Wealth of data & research

Cons

1. Family owned business (suck up and go places) 2. No structure/processes for anything 3. No career path/progression 4. Person dependent culture (function of how good a suck up you are to your manager/supervisor) 5. Employee Engagement is the LEAST of our priority 6. People don't matter 7. No transperancy ( secretive about even the most obvious of the things) 8. No pay ( worst pay masters with huge disparity in compensation- people with same roles, responsibilities, capabilities being paid salaries which are many times different from each other) 9. Long working hours with no recognition 10. Inconsiderate & incompetent leaders 11. We are NOT a consulting firm ( A survey firm which charges its clients a bomb and is always trying to position itself as a consulting firm)
