When I first applied for a job at Galois, their website and values seemed too good to be true. When Galwegians say they care about their employees and having joy at work, they mean it. After joining, I realized that I have never worked for a company who has cared on such a deep level for its employees. Galois is thoughtfully designed to allow its employees to engage in meaningful work without being micromanaged. As an employee-owned company, fellow Galwegians are often asked their opinions on important business decisions. My colleagues throughout all three locations are friendly, intelligent, and hard-working.

Pretty much everyone who works at Galois is one of the smartest people that you'll ever meet. They're all very passionate about what they do, which is security research. It's as close as you can come to working in an academic department while still being a real company. Everyone is super nice, and it's a very family friendly environment. It's very common for people to bring their spouses and kids into the office for lunch.
