      Pros

      Able to work in a fast paced environment with engineering efforts coming from many fields of work. Beautiful office.

      Cons

      Some outdated IT equipment. Faulty VPN connectivity. Crucial to have a good working network environment especially during times where working from home is the norm.

      Collaborative and creative environment. Empowered to create new products. Everyone's input is needed and valued. Individuals have autonomy over how work gets done. The mission is set and we determine how to achieve the goals. If you see a problem you can fix it. You don't have to go through layers of management to make change.

      Cons

      The NH office can sometimes feel a bit disconnected from the larger company. Not a huge issue since the work is different.
