      Passionate about the mission and customers, striving to develop from a very successful start up to a mid sized Company with multiple product lines and markets...and all the opportunities and challenges that comes with that transformation.

      It has been a short term planning cycle so priorities keep changing. Trying to empower and grow the middle management but we are not there yet. leads to frustrations and short term confusion about who has the ball
