Pros

Energetic, fast paced, laid back, minus during the Holiday Season. Real good relationship with co-workers and you get to rent games for free. I enjoyed it while it lasted.

Cons

It's not a bad place to work, but it's like any other retail job where customers and quotas haunt your movements. If you have any sense of OCD, don't apply, watching customers wreck a display you've just pieced together will bring tears to your eyes. Also, while it's better than a credit card, you still have to promote a card. You usually deal with customers who have no background on video games none the less electronic basics, so prepare for a lot of stupid questions and comments.
