Pros

You can 'check out' a game for a couple of days, so if you don't need money to survive and can complete games in a couple of days, I guess it might be worth it.

Cons

Minimum wage, managers would purposefully schedule you so that you worked just under the legal amount required for a break, management disliked a disabled worker and complained about her every chance they got. Key holders were given a fifty cent raise and the full duties of a manager. HR is a nightmare and doesn't get back to you in a timely fashion. They care about numbers more than customer service.
