Cons

The schedule is only as flexible as your position in the company. Upper management gets the most wiggle room. Increasingly unrealistic expectations.

Pros

Good group of people at my store. Great for getting your "nerd" on.

Cons

The sheer amount of tasks and goals expected for the time allotted. Circle of Life numbers being shoved down your throat daily. Never enough staff to get the work done because hours are always being cut. No where NEAR enough pay for the level of stress. I would take the company's bottom line more seriously if they would pay an actual living wage to anyone over GA level.
