Onboarding was seamless for the most part, felt properly initiated into the team. Teammates are great to work with. Team bonding activities to improve morale. Never expected to work overtime. Benefits are also great as a full-time employee.

Cons

Management can divide teams seemingly at random. Layoffs aren't uncommon so job security is a concern.
