Gain insight into the game industry and understand how it works from the retail perspective.

Pros

It is a big company with many intelligent employees and the potential to storm a energetic industry.

Cons

Even the smallest change implies going through hundreds of bureaucratic steps. Different areas of the company seem to work on their own accord and are unable to communicate with others and this magnifies existing problems.
