Pros

Major discount on product, ability to promote and participate in a hobby you love, co-workers who are just as nerdy as you are.

Cons

Minimum wage without room for advancement, persistent threat of store closure, unconscionable corporate business practices.

Pros

The discount, benefits and pay are excellent. The hours aren't too terrible for family life either.

Cons

Inconsistent training, resupply, and lack of followthrough getting maintenance done on a store when you have hardware/software issues.
