Pros

Pay and benefits for managers is great!

Cons

Us management has no retail background and cares little about people. Doesn't view turnover as an issue and thinks employees are disposable.

Pros

A friendly company which is willing to help those who need training and offers plenty of internal opportunities for those that want to put in the hours and work with the team to give the customers what they need.

Cons

If you aren't a fan of the Games Workshop product you may find yourself a little out of the loop from time to time, but this doesn't prevent you from doing well. Fit within the company is taken very seriously, however this can be intepreted differently by the various managers of course which leads to some disparity.
