Pros

Ridiculously high salaries, flexible working

Cons

- incomprehensible way of employing people. in one part of the department they employ a person to do a job that can be done in one day a week, in the other part they employ also one person even though there should be at least 3. - no form of work improvement is possible because the management knows better. and whoever is not afraid to step out of line will definitely not stay there for long. - almost every employee has been working there for 10+ years. This could be considered a pro, however, it means from a technology perspective that no one sees a reason for development or any technological changes. If it works, why change?
