Pros

The products are impressive. The designers behind the products are dedicated to their craft. Games Workshop really has succeeded in building their robust product ranges.

Cons

Zero transparency, micro-managing, frequent lay-offs. Extremely difficult to grow within the company. They manage to keep some employees long-term only because their passion for the product weighs more than their ambition.
