      Pros

      Training was really good. I felt surprisingly comfortable on the phones the first day. They had employee incentive contests and had snacks often. The people I worked with were very nice.

      Cons

      Supervisor was not very friendly. She would help but always made you feel like you were bothering her. I was offered a permanent position but was offered a late shift with no choice for another shift. Was unable to accept.

      Pros

      The people I have met and befriended have made my experience working at Gap Inc. special to me. My coworkers will forever be friends even if I were to leave.

      Cons

      My location does not align with the rest of the company. Our company values are to put our people first and For our baseline associates we succeed. Our management team is unhappy as a whole and underappreciated. These are things that we could easily fix yet we do not.

      Pros

      Met great amazing and smart people. I have met some of the nicest and smartest people in the fashion business at GAP.

      Cons

      Top management is in a mess. No sense of direction. Lots of politics. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. People are promoted not because of great work, but they know how to kiss butts with upper management. If you willing to go out and "drink and party" with upper management, you would be part of the "in" team.
