Work inside buildings was very fulfilling. People were great management team great. Residents great.

Cons

All interaction with corporate was toxic. They used employees like pieces of meat. No allegiance to anyone. Mission is full of crap. Only care about profit, not seniors being served.

None. Residents are only a number as well as the employees.

Cons

Management treats employees like dirt. They will harass their employees out of their jobs. Such a stressful environment for both the residents and the employees.

The Supportive Living program is a great program nd there are many ways to help seniors!

Cons

Management has unrealistic goals set nd there isn't any support to get them done since they aren't around to really see what a normal day is like. Each manager basically does 2 jobs.
