Pros
All right salary for director level in most positions. Residents are mostly great people and not too hard to deal with. Coworkers are frequently also great. Free meals from community kitchen.
Cons
Pay below director level is not great, plus starts at 1 wk PTO per year for 1st 3 years (insulting honestly). High turnover in some positions due to demanding jobs and poor pay. COVID policy is testing positive means you are out 7-10 days mandatory and if your normal sick leave (5 days per year) doesn't cover it, they take your vacation time. Multiple people have been left with no vacation time due to this policy, very unfair. Director levels required to work random weekends (work 2 mornings and get 1 day off to compensate). Support from corporate level is highly variable. Administrators are not given much leeway to act on situations as they arise.
