Pros
Families, staff, and Residents working together through the pandemic and basic life needs through the many phone calls, videos, & closed glass to finally reopening the doors was such a powerful heartwarming lesson in humanities need for families, friends, & touch! A great place for young people to learn professionalism, compassion, & empathy.
Cons
Being located in Small-town America limits the ability to recruit employees in a very competitive market without leaning on outside agencies. Companies trying to minimize costs will always find it a challenge to keep enough educated high quality staff in all the various roles needed.
