Pros

A fantastic place to work. Everything from the people to the experience. I would definitely recommend Garmin to anyone.

Cons

The only down side I could think of at Garmin, is that it was growing pretty fast, and so it was a bit difficult to branch outside of your department and have experience in other fields.
