Not all teams are people friendly, certain departments and managers are a lot biased. Salary is the lowest when comparing to other companies at scale.

Management structure is a nightmare. All decisions through one bottleneck. No processes in place to share responsibilities. Pay is rather low compared to other organizations for the amount of responsibility. I know they were making adjustments when I left, but it was still about 10-20% too low. There's a stock bonus program that they don't tell anyone about that helps offset it, but you aren't eligible until you've been there 5+ years.
