Pros

- Good benefits. - Friendly co-workers. - Good place to gain experience.

Cons

- Quality of leadership is questionable to awful. - Lack of diversity and notably sexist. - No career advancement unless you are prepared to change your personality, question your character and do a lot of office socializing. - Team leaders are contradicting. - Too many people to please, so just be prepared to be the loudest person in the room. - Hard work gets overlooked.

Pros

casual dress code, very good health benefits package, growing company.

Cons

Upper management getting away from the company founders ideas and work ethics. If you don't have a degree, you won't get an interview. that is their policy. I worked under a manager that had favorites (i.e. ass-kissers) and if you didn't play the game garmin life sucked.
