      Pros

      Garmin has the most welcoming and inclusive atmosphere of any job I have ever worked at. Everyone has great attitudes and genuinely want to work together and help each other out during the day. It makes coming in to work every day such a pleasant experience.

      There's a focus on service and team oriented development. Within my group, there was not any cutthroat politics.

      Cons

      Garmin relies on culture (and not salary or benefits) to keep retain staff. This works well, but can be demoralizing.
