Pros

Manager is nice and friendly

Cons

The 2-days-a-week work from home policy will be going away completely once they build the new parking garage. The 3% raises each year do not keep up with inflation. No sick time, you have to use PTO.

Pros

Good benefits, decent work life balance.

Cons

No upward movement unless you are a yes man with an engineering degree. Pay is a joke. Care more about their public image than they do their employees. If you prove yourself as a hard competent worker you will pickup everyone else's work and can expect the same pay raise as the people who don't pull their own weight.
