      +Friendly +Lunchtime sports. Soccer, hockey, cycling. +Opportunities for growth as a naive intern. Was trusted with interesting coding tasks and offered valuable reviews & guidance. (likely team/time specific)

      Cons

      -Cochrane may be a negative for some. The commute is reasonably painless from NW Calgary. -As an intern, you still have to grind out tasks occasionally.
