Pros

I worked on challenging projects with great technology. It is matrix organization with flat hierarchy. Great office in a central location. Great benefits package.

Cons

The local management and the office politics are disappointing.

Pros

Picked orders on forklift. Easy work Great Benefits Adequate breaks Lots of Overtime - (Mandatory) 45-50 hour work week so ample opportunity for hours.

Cons

Hard work and productivity are not appreciated or encouraged. Everyone seems to be there just to get paid. Communication between management, and to all employees is astonishingly bad. No one knew what was going on, and procedures were constantly changing to the point that it effected production immensely. MUST be a yes man to move up in the Operations/Warehousing departments. If you are any kind of threat to management you will be left alone, and that's a bad thing. I left because there was no advancement potential whatsoever. Might be different now but it was just ok, at best.
