Pros

Great company culture, wonderful work environment, great diversity of products to work on, good work/life balance and benefits.

Cons

Almost too many products to ensure being the best in class for every product category, at least with the economical offerings.

Pros

Pros: Great management experience that really helped me learn. - Coworkers are great and the dress code is very lax. -I had to get surgery in the middle of the summer that I was there and they accommodated my needs very well.

Cons

People speak of little upward mobility but for a summer seasonal position, there is not really that concern. Customers can be hard to work with but Garmin tries to put every resource available in front of you to help you.

Pros

Good base pay out of college, great work life balance

Cons

Yearly raises lag, hard to significantly increase pay without leaving. "Bonuses" are a joke, $200 a year no matter how the company is doing.
