Business Outlook
Pros
Young colleagues, everyone is active and the people are really fun to work with. The work is sometimes challenging, there is generally new stuff coming along all the time. Benefits are good, gym and race reimbursement.
Cons
Endless release cycle, some days it feels like it won't end, and it doesn't. Expectation of overtime work. Minimal raises per year (~inflation), no bonus. Can easily get stuck in the same pattern. Too many meetings some days to get anything done at all. Easy to burn out.
