Compensation is based heavily on experience and demonstrated aptitude is rewarded. Benefits package is unheard of - even the free healthcare plan rivals buy-in options at competitors. Work environment at the Olathe HQ is great - you’re working with highly educated, highly motivated people every day and the pressure to excel is great. Internships and college student programs are plentiful, many interns return after graduation. Schedule is amazing - starting PTO accrual is very generous in addition to many holidays which most competitors don’t get off. Total compensation include many benefits which are also very generous, including $400/hr undergrad tuition reimbursement and flight training reimbursement for any associate who wants to learn to fly or learn a new skill. Associates get 45% off everything with the Garmin nameplate, including the full line of fitness products and outdoor units. The people you work with are a very diverse bunch.
