Pros

The benefits are great. I really like the company culture. There are a lot of extra perks given to us. IE, Garmin Holiday party, Worlds of Fun buyout, December Kids day, they cover memberships to Sams Club or Costco, also to fitness clubs. I get treated with respect and like an adult.

Cons

A bit more flexibility in scheduling would nice. A better working schedule of deliverables is needed. It gets to crazy and we bounce back and forth to much. A greater emphasis on creating quality requirements, code, and tests is needed. This would help with having so many releases. Also a greater emphasis on uniformity and how things should be done is needed; to many teams do everything different from other teams.

Pros

Nice benefits and company initiative for wellness, lots of new grads to make friends with if you are new to the area.

Cons

Work life balance was pushed, and at one point 50 hr weeks were mandatory
