Pros

Work-life balance is fantastic. Flexible hours, easy to truly leave work at work, and fitness breaks are encouraged company-wide. Path of advancement is very clear and objective - if you meet the goals, you manager sends it up for approval and you move on. There are advanced paths for both engineering and engineering management.

Cons

Consumer-side developers are constantly putting out fires. This is mostly due to poor internal documentation. According to management, the short time-to-market means documentation and code comments are a luxury.

Pros

I was able to work on some great projects when I started.

Cons

Whenever they do one of their frequent reorgs, they move you around like a chess piece with little if any input from you.
