      Mostly easy going workplace . Above average benefits . No layoffs . meh Technology . coworkers tend to be okay

      Cons

      New management want to change workflow completely , even though it works. High Turnover and the pay is sub par compared to everywhere else. Favoritism runs rampant in my department. Career progression takes so long , people rather jump ship than stay . It's a good place for people starting out in their career.

      Pay not competitive, Too much focus on product development not quality, Continual procedural changes, Large org chart makes changes painfully slow, stuck on working from office despite proven success working from home during the pandemic lockdown
