      Good Team Environment

      Pros

      There is a mentorship program and they take it very seriously. I worked on code as an intern that shipped to customers and clients.

      Cons

      Sometimes there was not much to do. I worked quicker than they expected (I finished my summer project in a week), and they had to scramble to find something new for me to do on multiple occasions.

      Great benefits and great colleagues. I happen to work for a great team leader as well.

      Cons

      Possibly stuck at the same position for the next 10 years. Annual raises in the past few years were minimal.
