      Culture of Innovation, R&D commitment and spend, employees truly caring about one another, first name basis for everyone no matter who they are or what their title might be. Dedication to community and creating best possible products to truly make a difference. Giving back to the company and to each employee who is investing in Garmin - which was shown in a recent Glassdoor article on CEO pay where our CEO is ranked 430 out of 441 in terms of CEO to worker pay ratios. Meaning, Garmin's CEO makes one of the lowest salaries

      Garmin has a healthy cash flow and is committed to purchasing industry standard technologies. Garmin is very big, with over 50 offices globally.

      Cons

      There are not enough security engineers for the size of the network. Garmin could do well to have sufficient staff to provide for 24/7 support.

      Pros

      Positive work environment, no stress and fairly laid-back attitudes from management. Expectations are low and as long as you show up on time not much else is expected of you. If you're someone that will take advantage of that, it's great for you I guess. If not, the laziness and poor work quality of others and lack of anything done about it will drive you crazy.

      Cons

      No real structure, management can do anything and get away with everything. Too laidback to keep things professional and cohesive.
