      Can borrow devices for personal use but in doing so increase product knowledge

      Cons

      You are a number not a person, impossible to earn bonus to up your basic wage , high turnover

      Laid back relaxed atmosphere, no one constantly looking over your shoulder - just make sure to get your work done, performance based salary, good benefits package (insurance, vacation, 401k, etc.), team I work with cares about doing a great job, most people are great to work with. Had excellent discounts on Garmin products which I loved

      Salary seems to be lower compared to other software companies, recreation area/room is small, no in house medical clinic
