Pay is low and there's no real path to move up. Benefits are nothing special for a company this size. Olathe, KS is a hard location to justify if you have other options. If you're a pilot, be careful how this role gets sold to you in recruiting. The actual work is repetitive data entry that has nothing to do with flying. Management micromanages heavily, keeps people in their lanes, and puts little effort into development or morale. The work gets old fast and the skills don't carry over anywhere useful. Wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're trying to build an aviation career.
