      Autonomy and fairly horizontal org chart Great products and there is always something new coming up Colleagues are respectfull and always willing to help

      Salaries are lower than other companies. This is recognized by superiors and yet nothing is done to correct this

      human-based management ask for a leave is very easy You can learn a lot of thing because almost everyone like to share their experience even they are busy.

      It is difficult to be promoted. Leader wish everyone to learn everything, so you have to a lot of thing even that is not my business.
