Pros

Excellent Benefits, Flexible Hours in my Dept, Casual Dress, Laid Back Work Environment, Few Meetings, Nice Facilities, Discounts on Products, Location and Short Commute, Nice Employees, Free Parking, Decent Cafeteria, ATM on site, Ping Pong/Fitness Area

Cons

Not as much communication from upper management, Pay is not nearly as competitive as market salaries for same types of work, size of company and location.

Pros

One of the top consumer companies in the world. It's a good company for fresh graduates to start their careers.

Cons

Pay is not at all competitive. The city also sucks for young people. May be ok to settle down after a while.
