Pros

If you keep your head down, they will keep you no matter what

Cons

No promotion or career growth if you are not in the clicky zone or a woman . Certain departments are very discriminating than other departments.

Pros

Benefits include remote work, free gym access, employee stock purchase program, a hefty discount on company products, and very good 401k and healthcare

Cons

Remote work will likely be gone within the next year and employees are often lowballed when it comes to salary offers and pay raises. Additionally, my department has dealt with micromanagement from external pressures.

Pros

Healthcare and 401k match are solid

Cons

Pay is below average, don't expect more than a few hundred as a bonus. Management is in rough shape, no one willing to speak the truth when a project is behind resulting in unrealistic time lines that lead to delays and a worse product overall. Culture of "you should ve honored to work here" resulting in not valuing employees. Requirements being written after the product is built so there's no point in writing them.
