Bad pay, even if you have a degree and qualify for jobs they won’t hire you. People who know less get promoted faster. Managers told me GARMIN doesn’t pay much and I need to look elsewhere for a job. Place is great to work for if you’re an engineer.

Pay is slightly lower, company policy is working at least 3 days a week in the office. Office environment is often open and very distracting making it difficult to get anything done when in office. It also depends greatly on which team you end up on how successful and happy you will be.
