      This company is run by engineers top to bottom so it makes huge investments in R&D and it treats the engineering staff very well. All of the focus is on making good products.

      Cons

      We tend to short-change things like marketing, packaging, and sometimes interface design. The company could be even more successful if it took marketing more seriously, especially on the Aviation side.

      no career advancement. no growth opportunities from within, management will keep you in your job even if they and your peers know you deserve to advance. Management are set in their ways and only consider certain educational institutions good enough for people to work there. More interested in money than the employee or the customer. Management really has no power to stand up for workers- meaning the boss can't do anything to promote from within even if the though is you should move up. Employees are treated as numbers, not individuals. Some management are not honest. Management has favoritism with employees.
