Pros

Benefits Option to purchase stock Culture in the office

Cons

Base pay for non-leadership is well below cost-of-living wages. Analysts can be very successful here. Anyone looking for administrative employment should look elsewhere. Administrative work is viewed as something they have to have but don’t necessarily enjoy. A very male-dominated industry and company. Especially when hiring analysts and comparing pay.

Pros

Stable job if you complete your responsibilities decently well. Intentionally cruel customers are rare. Very supportive training mentors.

Cons

Even though you will start with 17 days of PTO, you receive an automatic write up for using more than 5 of them for sick leave, especially if you need to call in versus somehow prearranging being sick. Paid the same as a fresh high school graduate despite 10+ years of customer service experience. You can be reprimanded for connecting a customer to a supervisor, even at the customer's request, because employees are expected to deescalate on their own.
