      Pros

      The insurance is good, Safety tries hard, I can't think of to many more good things to say about Garney.

      Cons

      In the time I was there the crew I was associated with went thru 30 people, You will need to be a special kind of person to make it thru the vestment period, If you are expecting that hard work pays off, then you may want to look elsewhere. Minimal pay is the norm.

      Pros

      Opportunity, If you are willing to work, lead by example, safely and efficiently complete a task. ESOP, Medical.

      Cons

      Tools can be hard to come by. To this point I haven't found any severe negative points. Wages are a little low relative to other contractors doing similar work in the area.
