      Pros

      Retirement at Garney is very secure because of employee ownership. The ESOP model provides peace of mind knowing that the company shares stock for use at retirement.

      Cons

      Garney sometimes struggles with employee development. It is still building the systems for this and is focused doing so, however the means and methods for employee development through cross training is still a work in progress.
